Yes. SAE J429_201405 is the latest edition MechAtlas found (MechAtlas review: 27 October 2026). Check the publisher for amendments before you specify it.

• Hex head screw (fully threaded) (USA (ASME / ASTM), grade)
  Hexagon head screw threaded up to the head, used into tapped holes or with a nut where a plain shank is not needed.
